Search Engine Marketing / PPC Specialist

OPSkins is searching for an experienced, Search Engine Marketing / PPC specialist to join our team to help market our products. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of managing Google Adwords, Google Display Network (GDN), Facebook Advertising, and direct media buys focused on CPS and ROI. 

The role requires a savvy marketer who can take new product ideas from conception to fruition and scale with potentially unlimited ad budgets. Our best campaigns can scale to seven figures per month, so you must have experience with, or at least interest in, managing large ad budgets. 

The role requires an expert individual who can research, set up, and launch new display campaigns and channels. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Candidates must be creative, display "out of the box" thinking, and value having a direct impact on the success of the company.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage, analyze, optimize and grow existing Google Display, AdWords, and Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Set up new Adroll, Google Display, AdWords, Facebook advertising and retargeting campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these findings
  • Optimize campaigns by testing new targeting, placements, and other implementations
  • Work with designers to optimize and test new ad creative and landing pages
  • Market research and brainstorm new product and marketing ideas
  • Recommend, launch, and scale new ad networks, RTB platforms & direct media placements

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience acquiring users through Youtube, Adwords, Google Display, Facebook, Adroll and other performance-based ad networks
  • Direct response online/digital media acquisition experience
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar media buy campaigns
  • Expertise in RTB working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers and creative formats
  • Experience in generating ideas for optimizing and testing display ad creative
  • Strong creative skills, come up with ad concepts and work with designers to bring them to life
  • Strong communication, oral and written skills
  • Copywriting skills
  • Exceptional problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Intrinsically motivated to achieve company and personal goals
  • Thrives in a fast-paced industry and evolving work environment
  • Experience in the industry is a plus (desktop application download space)
  • Knowledge of website conversion metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPI
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, marketing, statistics, math or a related field)
